Each breakfast pairs an expert speaker with a room of founders, executives and professionals who are invested in one another’s growth.
How the room works
Come for the speaker. Leave with new people in your corner.
Every breakfast is about learning, connecting and growing, personally and professionally. Here is how we make that happen.
Seated with intention
We custom seat every guest. You will sit with women who are new to you, with no more than one familiar face per table, unless you are coming with a friend.
A mix of industries
We avoid repeating industries at the same table, unless the month has a theme, so every conversation brings a new perspective.
New faces every month
We change up the seating each time, so you are never sitting with the same people.
Your goal for the morning
Walk away with two new contacts, connect on the topic, and leave with a new champion for all that you do.
Your connection worksheet
Every guest receives a worksheet to take notes during the talk and collect the new connections you make.
What is included
Coffee, water and makeup touch-ups are on us. The breakfast buffet is an optional $32 add-on, and headshot mini sessions are available on site.

New to Female Forward Collective? Start here.
Do I need a membership to attend?
No. Our monthly breakfast is open to every woman, with no membership required. Buy a ticket for the month you want to attend and come as often as you like.
When and where is the breakfast?
Usually the first Thursday of every month, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, at Pitt Meadows Golf Club, 13615 Harris Road, Pitt Meadows, BC. Women join us from Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows and across the Lower Mainland.
Who attends?
More than 100 women each month: founders, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and executives, realtors, CPAs, lawyers, coaches, wellness professionals and non-profit leaders. About one in four guests is joining us for the first time.
What happens at a breakfast?
You arrive to coffee and conversation, sit at a table we have seated with intention, and hear from an expert speaker through a keynote, fireside chat or workshop. Every guest receives a connection worksheet, and the morning is designed so you leave with at least two new contacts.
I am coming on my own. Will I feel welcome?
Yes, and many women do. Our founder, Meghan Simington, personally plans the seating for every guest, placing you with women who are new to you and mixing industries at each table, so conversation starts easily from the moment you sit down.
How much are tickets?
Early bird tickets are $35 when tickets first open, and general admission is $45. Bring a friend tickets are $30 each when you register two or more together. The breakfast buffet, with vegetarian and gluten-free options, can be added when you register online. Coffee, water and makeup touch-ups are included.
How do I get a ticket?
Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Use the Register Now button at the top of this page, or see all upcoming breakfasts. Buffet tickets are not available on the day.
Can my business sponsor or book a vendor table?
Yes. Vendor booths and gifts for guests can be booked and paid for online, and we offer more sponsorship packages on request. Become a sponsor.
How can I speak at a Female Forward breakfast?
We welcome speakers on business strategy, marketing, leadership, financial literacy, wellness and personal growth. Apply to speak.
Where is Female Forward Collective based?
We are a women in business community in the Tri-Cities, BC, founded by Meghan Simington in July 2024. Since then we have hosted more than 35 events and grown to a community of more than 1,700 women.
