Growth Circle.
Revenue. Visibility. Growth.
For established professionals ready to build beyond referrals.
You have built a business. You have clients, a reputation, and proof that what you do works. What you do not have is a predictable system for generating new clients, a room of peers who understand the stage you are at, or weekly accountability that actually moves the needle. Growth Circle is built for exactly that.
Seven professionals. No direct competitors. Twelve sessions of doing the work in the room.
You have built something real.
Now you need a system to grow it.
Most established service professionals are generating revenue — but inconsistently. Income is tied directly to personal effort and referrals. There is no predictable lead generation system, no structured sales process, and no room of peers who understand what it is like to be at this exact stage. Coaches and masterminds on Zoom check in once a month and move on. None of it creates the traction that changes how a business actually runs. Growth Circle is different. It is weekly, in person, and built to move your business forward one session at a time.

Four pillars. Twelve sessions. One system.
Every session maps to one of four pillars. Every pillar builds on the last. By session 12 you do not just understand what to do — you have already done it.
Positioning
Sessions 1–3Stand out in a saturated market. Define your niche, differentiate your offer, and communicate your value so the right clients say yes before you even pitch.
Acquisition
Sessions 4–7Build a daily lead generation system across LinkedIn, email, content, collaborations, and paid channels. Consistent client flow that does not require chasing referrals.
Conversion
Sessions 8–9Turn warm conversations into paying clients with a structured sales process, a working referral system, and follow-up that closes without feeling pushy.
Leverage
Sessions 10–12Remove yourself as the bottleneck. AI tools, automation, delegation, and strategic partnerships that let your business grow without requiring more of your time.
The Session Structure
Every session is 60 minutes. Every minute is accounted for. Numbers first, strategy second, application third, commitment fourth.
KPI Check-In
Every member reports their numbers — leads contacted, conversations had, content published, revenue added to pipeline. Not effort. Not intentions. Numbers. If the action was not completed, it is named, owned, and recommitted to.
Core Teaching
Meghan delivers the week's framework — specific, practical, and directly applicable to your business. Guest experts join five sessions across the 12 weeks to go deeper on copywriting, branding, digital ads, AI, and operations.
Workshop and Hot Seat
Members apply the framework to their own business in real time, or one member brings a live challenge for structured group feedback. This is where the session moves from learning to doing.
Weekly Commitment
Each member states one non-negotiable action and the measurable outcome they will report next week. Stated aloud to the room. The accountability that actually holds.
Sessions run Thursdays in a private venue in Port Coquitlam, June 11 through September 17. Coffee included. Growth Circle pauses on Breakfast Thursdays (the first Thursday of each month) so you never miss the room where your next referral walks in. The cohort is intentionally small — seven members maximum means every voice is heard every single week.
Twelve weeks — in the room and online.
Your weekly in-person session is paired with a structured online course you work between Thursdays — lessons, homework, accountability, and the tools to actually execute. This is a deep dive into driving your business, not a drop-in.
Online Course & Worksheets
Weekly lessons and fillable worksheets for every pillar — work them between sessions, at your own pace.
Lead & Conversion Tracking
Tools to track your leads and conversions online, so you make decisions from data — not guesses.
Content Calendars
Ready-to-use calendars to plan ahead and stay consistent without the overwhelm.
AI Conversion Prompts
AI prompts that lift your conversions — built from your analytics and keyword research.
Strategy Mapping Tools
Map your positioning, funnel, and 90-day plan with simple, repeatable templates.
Weekly Homework & Accountability
A non-negotiable action each week, reported to the room — momentum that compounds.
Keyword research, analytics-driven prompts, and new tools added throughout the program — and more.
Service-based professionals who have outgrown building alone.
Growth Circle is built for established service professionals — realtors, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, insurance brokers, coaches, consultants, designers, and practitioners — who have been in business 2–7 years, are generating revenue, and are ready to stop relying on referrals as their only source of new clients.
This is not for people who are still deciding whether to build a business. It is for people who are already building and need a structured, accountable room to do it faster.
Room composition rule: No two members in direct competition for the same clients. One professional per firm or brokerage where industry overlap exists. The result is a complementary group — a realtor, mortgage broker, financial advisor, and consultant at the same table is not a conflict. It is a referral ecosystem built over 12 weeks.
What your business looks like on the other side.
Not notes. Not intentions. Actual implementation — across positioning, lead generation, sales, and systems — built session by session with a room of seven who hold you to it.
A defined niche and offer
You can articulate who you serve and why they choose you in one sentence. Your offer is clear, priced for profit, and positioned to convert.
A daily acquisition system
LinkedIn, email, content, and collaborations working together as a system. Consistent lead flow that does not depend on who you already know.
A sales process that closes
Discovery calls that convert, a follow-up system that does not require chasing, and a referral engine that generates warm introductions without asking awkwardly.
A functioning email list
A lead magnet connected to a welcome sequence. An email list that grows every week and converts subscribers into clients.
Initial leverage in place
At least one AI tool, automation, or delegation implemented. Your highest-frequency low-value tasks removed from your plate.
Six referral relationships
Six complementary professionals — the other members of your room — who know your business, your ideal client, and exactly who to send your way, built over 12 weeks of showing up together.

Lift while you climb. There is always room to make a bigger table and there is always enough for all of us to grow and thrive.
Meghan Simington · Founder, Female Forward CollectiveStructured. Strategic. Built to move your business.

Business Model Audit
Revenue audit, offer mapping, and gap analysis. Where is money leaking and where is the highest return? Establishing your 90-day baseline.

The uncomfortable narrowing conversation. Who are your best clients, what do they have in common, and how specific does your positioning need to be to actually stand out?
Offer Design and Messaging
Packaging your expertise into a clear, compelling offer with a named outcome. The words that convert — and the ones that kill the sale before it starts.

This cohort is intentionally selective.
Maximum 7 members means every seat matters. Growth Circle is not a directory you pay to be listed in or a networking event you attend when it suits you. It is a qualified, committed cohort where the quality of the room is the product.

Meghan Simington
Fractional CMO · Ready to Launch Consulting · Founder, Female Forward Collective
Meghan brings 25+ years as a Marketing Director and Fractional CMO to every Growth Circle session — working in-house alongside developers, consumer packaged goods brands, and B2B teams. Her campaigns span influencer marketing, national magazine exposure, multi-million-dollar real estate launches, software launches, and large-scale conferences and events that have built lasting communities.
She is most passionate about launch campaigns and growth exposure for founders and business owners — the exact work Growth Circle is built around. As a Fractional CMO she builds revenue-generating marketing systems that run without requiring the founder in every client touchpoint.
She founded Female Forward Collective because she believed women needed a room fundamentally different from every other networking event in the Tri-Cities. Growth Circle is that room at its most intentional — small, qualified, and built to move businesses forward every single week.
She is not just facilitating. She is in the room building alongside you.
It was a delight to work with Meghan when she asked me to speak to her highly engaged community at Female Forward Collective. Meghan is an organized event planner and marketing professional, considerate as she supports her speakers and members. For those looking to build authentic connection with a diverse group of women who are looking to move forward in life and work, I would recommend any community that Meghan is leading.
Kirsten Anderson · Founder, Integrate Play Solutions · Keynote Speaker and FacilitatorThe room had a genuinely warm, collaborative energy with ambitious women who were eager to learn and connect. I made several meaningful connections, including meeting a mentor, even as a speaker. Meghan curates both the speakers and the attendees so intentionally, which makes the entire experience so impactful.
Diana Dinh · Financial Planner · Mama Mastermind · Rich Mom ResetBeing part of FFC has been such a meaningful experience for me both as a vendor and an attendee. FFC has allowed me to reach more women with my mission of clean beauty education and confidence in every season of life. I am incredibly grateful to be part of a group that leads with heart, connection, and collaboration.
Drupti Glowinkowski · Vendor, Sponsor and Attendee · FFC MemberYou're not just joining a cohort. You're joining the room.
Growth Circle plugs you into the wider Female Forward Collective — a curated directory of women professionals across the Tri-Cities and Lower Mainland. Your seat includes a one-year listing, so the connections you build keep working for you every day of the year, not just at events.

Who is this for?
Established service-based professionals — realtors, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, insurance brokers, coaches, consultants, designers, and practitioners — who are 2–7 years in business, generating revenue, and ready to stop relying on referrals as their only source of new clients. It's not for people still deciding whether to build a business; it's for people already building who want a structured, accountable room to do it faster. One professional per firm, and no two members in direct competition.
What's included?
12 weekly in-person Thursday sessions (June 11 – September 17, Port Coquitlam), the full four-pillar curriculum, 5 guest expert sessions, and weekly KPI accountability with hot-seat coaching — paired with a 12-week online course of lessons, worksheets, and growth tools (lead & conversion tracking, content calendars, AI conversion prompts, strategy mapping). Your seat also includes a 1-year Expert Directory listing, 3 Female Forward Breakfast tickets, the WhatsApp cohort group, a member rate on VIP Content Days, a social-media member feature, and coffee every session — over $4,000 in value for the $1,297 founding rate.
What is the Directory?
The Female Forward Expert Directory is our public listing of vetted women professionals across the Tri-Cities and Lower Mainland — your name, expertise, and offer in front of the community 365 days a year, not just at events. Your Growth Circle seat includes a 1-year listing ($297 value).
What is the Female Forward Breakfast?
The monthly in-person Female Forward Breakfast is the front door of the FFC community — where connections begin, held the first Thursday of each month in the Tri-Cities. Growth Circle pauses on Breakfast Thursdays so you never miss the room where your next referral walks in, and your seat includes 3 Breakfast tickets during your cohort.
What do I need to do to prepare?
Show up weekly, in person, on Thursdays — with your numbers. Before each session you'll review the week's online lesson, download and complete the worksheet, and bring it to the room. Week 1 is your Business Model Audit, so come with your last-90-days numbers: revenue, leads, clients closed, and average client value. You'll set up a simple lead tracker in Week 1. The real prerequisite is a commitment to weekly execution — that's what makes the room work.
What are the expected outcomes?
By Week 12 you'll have a defined niche and offer you can state in one sentence, a daily acquisition system across LinkedIn, email, content, and collaborations, a sales process that closes using the Click-to-Close framework, a functioning email list, initial leverage in place (an AI tool, automation, or delegation), six referral relationships with your cohort, and a written 90-day growth plan. Not notes or intentions — actual implementation, built week by week with a room that holds you to it.
This is not a sign-up. It is a conversation.
Growth Circle runs as a qualified cohort. Maximum 7 members, accepted by application so the group stays intentional, complementary, and revenue-focused. Before you join we confirm it is the right fit for you and for the room.
The application takes about 15 minutes and includes a complimentary Ready to Launch digital audit of your business. If it looks like a strong fit, you will hear back within 48 hours.
No two members in direct competition. One professional per firm. The quality of the room is the product — and that starts with who is in it.
