Every milestone in the Female Forward story was built by the women who showed up and kept showing up.
I started this with a coffee invite to ten women I respected. What I did not expect was that one morning would become a movement: a room where women could stop performing and start building.

The First Table
Ten women at a breakfast café in Langley. A free morning and a belief that women entrepreneurs deserved more than a Zoom call. Female Forward Collective was born.
Moving to Pitt Meadows Golf Club
The community outgrew its first venue. FFC moved to Pitt Meadows Golf Club, a home that matched the ambition of the room and the quality of the women in it.
Word Travels. Community Grows.
Bring a Friend promotions, word of mouth and community leaders sharing their expertise kept the room growing, because the women in it kept telling their people.
Largest Event to Date
The April 2026 breakfast with Shirley Weir of Menopause Chicks brought 105 women into the room, our first 100+ room, a 252% increase from the founding gathering just 21 months earlier.
VIP Content Day Launches
One guided day to film months of content, get a professional headshot and leave with a 90-day content plan.
The Female Forward Directory Goes Live
A curated directory of the women in this room, so members can find, hire and refer each other long after breakfast ends. Every listing is a real member, vetted and in person.
Growth Circle Founding Cohort
Seven seats. Six months of bi-weekly coaching, hot seats, guest speakers and quarterly dinners for women ready to grow with a small, committed circle. The founding cohort starts Wednesday, January 6, 2027.

Welcome & intentional seating
Every table seats six women, intentionally placed. You are not left to find a familiar face. You are seated beside women worth knowing, in a room designed for it.
Table introductions & prompts
Guided prompts designed to go deeper than a business card. By the end you know what every woman at your table is building, what they need, and how you can help each other.
Expert speaker or workshop
One woman with something real to say, facilitated by Meghan in a fireside or workshop format. Every session is actionable.
Spotlights, referrals & open conversation
The room shines a light on women doing remarkable things. Referrals happen out loud. Open conversation follows, with warm introductions already in motion.

Officially the event ends. This is where the real connections form, follow-ups booked and collaborations that started as a sentence.
